1. Oh You Can Make It Cap Custom Video

One custom 15-second 1280 × 720 video with sound uses two authorized adult photos, one per role. The price is $19.99 USD, paid once. A private delivery link is emailed to the verified Google account within 24 hours after confirmed payment. If generation fails, the full payment is refunded to the original payment method. AI likeness, movement and lip sync may vary. The displayed reference is not a generated customer result.

2. Custom Videos with Email Delivery

Outstanding Tiny Desk orders are a separate made-to-order service: one 15-second vertical video with one to five custom people at 720 × 1280, with sound, for $19.99 USD. Start with one authorized adult photo and optionally add more people. Each uploaded photo is assigned to a band role; unassigned roles use the preset cast. AI appearance, clothing, movement and lip sync can vary; exact reproduction is not guaranteed. Reference footage is labeled and is not presented as a generated customer result.

Confirmed payment starts a custom order for email delivery to the verified Google account address within 24 hours. This service does not promise instant on-site generation and does not create automated-package credits. If video generation fails, the full amount paid for the order is refunded to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary. The custom-order section of the Refund Policy takes precedence over package-use restoration for these orders.

Checkout may be unavailable when orders cannot be accepted. A photo selection or order summary alone is not a purchase, confirmed payment or production request. No subscription applies.

3. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Picture to Video at picturetovideo.net. Picture to Video is an independent AI video service operated by an individual based in China who uses the display name hui. That display name is not a statement that the operator is a registered company.

By using the service or submitting a generation or purchase request, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Read the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy as well. If you do not agree, do not submit content or purchase video packages. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.

4. Service Description

Picture to Video offers preset photo-to-video effects. Ozil Goal AI takes 1 photo and creates an approximately 15-second video in 720p or 1080p. Tip Toeing in My Jordans takes 2 photos and creates an approximately 10-second video in 768p or 1080p. Puente de Cempasúchil con IA takes 1 photo and creates an approximately 12-second video in 720p or 1080p. Check One Check Two AI takes 1 or 2 photos and creates an approximately 10-second video in 720p or 1080p. The finished videos include a preset reference soundtrack. Google sign-in is required for purchase and private delivery.

Ozil Goal AI and Check One Check Two use Kie.ai Kling 3.0 Omni Transformation (kling-3.0-omni/transformation). Puente uses Kie.ai for character-image generation and Kling 3.0 Omni Transformation for animation. Tiptoe uses fal.ai MiniMax H3 Max Recast (minimax/h3-max/recast). Historical tasks can use Nano Banana 2 (nano-banana-2), Seedance 2.5 (bytedance/seedance-2-5) or Seedance 2 Fast (bytedance/seedance-2-fast). These are provider channels, not our own model brands or endorsements.

AI results vary. We do not guarantee exact likeness, clothing, movement or a particular creative outcome. Original audio is included in the delivered video; it is not a newly generated voice or custom soundtrack.

5. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter a contract in your location. Do not use the service where it is prohibited. We do not offer a parental-consent enrollment program or represent that Google sign-in verifies your age.

Accounts currently use Google sign-in. Provide accurate, lawful account information and protect your Google account, browser and signed-in session. Do not share or steal accounts, misrepresent identity, make fraudulent payments or abuse the service. Tell support if you believe your session or account has been compromised.

You may request account closure or personal-data handling through support@picturetovideo.net. Requests require appropriate identity verification and manual handling; there is no self-service account-deletion button.

6. Video Packages and Pricing

Buy one video or three videos for a specific effect and quality. Each effect displays its duration, resolution, audio and total price before payment.

Three-video packs save 20% compared with three single purchases, rounded to cents. Unused video uses do not expire and cannot be transferred across effects or quality tiers. Check One Check Two uses can be used in either one-person or two-person mode at the purchased quality. No subscription or automatic renewal applies. Registration gives no free generation.

Specifications, price and package rights are frozen when an order or task is created. Confirmed payment starts the first requested video automatically; the remaining uses are started by you. A new user-requested variation consumes another use. Internal saving, audio processing and downloads do not consume additional uses. Historical credit purchases and tasks keep their original snapshots and rights.

7. Payments and Billing

PayPal provides the selected approval and capture flow. Waffo remains supported for its existing orders and approved legacy mappings. Review the USD total and any payment-provider disclosures before confirmation. Only server-verified completed payment settles an order; a success page alone is not proof.

For automated video packages, payment starts your pending video once. Custom email-delivery orders enter a separate production queue. Three-video purchases retain two further uses for the same effect and quality. If a payment status is uncertain, check the saved order or contact support before buying again.

Do not use another person's payment method without permission. We do not store complete payment-card details.

8. Refunds and Billing Disputes

The Refund Policy explains technical failures, quality complaints and separate cash-refund requests. A confirmed technical failure restores the consumed video use once. Historical tasks retain their original refund rules.

For voluntary cash refunds concerning unused purchased video uses, contact support within 24 hours. Requests are manually reviewed within seven calendar days; payment-network posting may take longer. These terms do not shorten statutory withdrawal, non-conformity or dispute rights. Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly.

Include your order or task reference. You retain all mandatory legal remedies.

9. User Content and Intellectual Property

Upload only material you are legally entitled to use. Do not upload another person's image without the necessary permission. You must respect privacy, likeness and publicity rights, copyright, trademarks and other applicable rights. Permission does not authorize uses prohibited by law, these Terms or our payment partner's rules.

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your original content. You grant only the limited permission needed for us and our service providers to receive, upload, store, process, moderate and deliver that content for your requested service, handle support and disputes, maintain security and meet legal obligations. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission for unrelated public advertising.

Private preset videos, reference assets, music, trademarks and model technology are not transferred to you merely because they appear in a generated result. Do not assume a blanket commercial license to third-party material.

10. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, non-unique or affected by third-party intellectual-property rights and provider terms. We do not promise that an output is copyrightable or that you automatically obtain exclusive or unrestricted commercial rights.

Review outputs before using or sharing them and comply with applicable disclosure and labeling requirements. Do not present AI-generated events as authentic evidence, deceptively impersonate someone or mislead viewers about what a real person said or did. Generated-content rights extend only as far as we can lawfully permit; underlying models and reference materials remain subject to their own rights.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. It separately prohibits pornography and NSFW material, graphic violence and gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse and unsafe content, deceptive deepfakes and impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement.

You may use preset entertainment effects with your own photograph or the lawfully authorized photograph and likeness of another adult aged 18 or older, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. This does not permit unauthorized likeness use, deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence or harmful content. Consent does not override applicable law or stricter payment or model-provider restrictions. An available feature does not establish provider approval. Do not evade moderation, restrictions or investigations.

12. Third-Party Services

The service depends on Google for sign-in, PayPal or Waffo Pancake for checkout and orders, Kie.ai and fal.ai for model and media processing, SeeAPI for image NSFW screening, Cloudflare for hosting and private object storage, and Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL for application records. Their availability and applicable terms may affect a request.

The Privacy Policy explains related data transfers. We are not an official application of a model provider, artist or film studio. Third-party services do not remove our responsibility for the service obligations that applicable law places on us.

13. Service Availability and Disclaimers

Features, models and processing times can change or become unavailable because of maintenance, capacity, provider failures or infrastructure incidents. Technical validation of a video file does not establish identity accuracy, content-policy compliance or a satisfactory creative result.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, perfect results or suitability for every intended use. These statements do not exclude statutory quality, conformity, reasonable-care or other non-excludable obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of AI outputs or a third-party service interruption. You remain responsible for lawful use and publication of your content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liabilities for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer remedies. No arbitrary damages cap or waiver of those rights is imposed here.

15. Violations, Suspension and Termination

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may investigate reports, request clarification, refuse prohibited requests, send warnings, restrict access to affected content, or suspend or terminate service access. Enforcement currently requires operator handling; there is no automatic account-ban or self-service closure system. Some account-wide restrictions require additional technical intervention.

We may preserve records needed for a legal claim, a serious safety investigation or a lawful request from an authorized authority. Where lawful, users can ask for review of an action through support. Measures must be proportionate and must not arbitrarily confiscate purchased video uses or historical credits. Account closure and any remaining balance are handled separately under applicable law and the Refund Policy.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Contact support first if you would like an issue investigated or resolved informally. This does not prevent you from using a regulator, payment-provider dispute procedure or court where you have a right to do so.

These Terms do not designate an exclusive court, impose mandatory arbitration or waive class or collective remedies. Applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules determine the governing law and competent courts. Mandatory protections of your place of residence remain available where applicable, including any non-waivable consumer right to bring proceedings locally.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect lawful changes to the service, providers or obligations. The update date identifies the version. Where required, material changes will be notified before they take effect. Changes do not retroactively reprice an existing order or task or remove accrued statutory rights.
